Along with many other primary schools all over the country we took part in the Operation Transformation 10@10 initiative (10 minutes exercise at 10 a.m) on the 10th February. Regular activity breaks during the school day have so many positive benefits for improved focus, concentration, behaviour and general well being. We love to dance in St. Brigid's:-).
