• Hot School Meals
• Contracts for tender were submitted by four suppliers as follows:
• Glanmore, The Lunch Bag, Carambola and Nourish & Green
• Each of the 4 tenders were evaluated on the following 4 criteria (with 12 associated sub-criterion):
  1. Quality of service provision
  2. Food plan and food standards
  3. Contract performance management
  4. Green procurement and sustainability
• The Lunchbag were awarded the contract
• Hot school meals should commence at the end of January, assuming the pod installation goes to plan.
• The Lunchbag will facilitate a parents information session in advance of the start date.

Child Safeguarding Statement

• The final draft of the Child Safeguarding Statement and Risk Assessment was ratified (see Organisational Policies).​

Special Classes for Autism

• Work is progressing well in the Special Class project. Access to the front of the building and pedestrian steps is restricted currently.
• Enrolment for the special classes will open in January. The NCSE have advised that pupils will not start until September 2026.
