Happy Active Schools Week everyone. We all know how important activity and exercise is for our health, our energy levels and our well-being in general. We try to stay active in St. Brigid's every week but we're going to make a special effort this week at school and at home
We're going to have Jersey Day, a Blog Competition, Drop Everything and Dance in class and in yard, a walk around the local area and some classes might do some circuit training.
