This week we are celebrating Well-Being Week in St. Brigid's. We are focusing on looking after our physical and mental health. On Monday junior assembly focused on 'calmness' and senior assembly focused on 'mindulness'. We will have active homework, walk, scoot or cycle to school Wednesday and Fruit Friday. We are also lucky that Terry (who is a yoga teacher) will do some work with all classes. It's going to be a busy week!
