We have received the amazing news that we have been successful in our application for our 6th Green Flag for Global Citizenship Litter & Waste. 

Thank you to everyone on the Committee and the whole school community for their support too in the work that has been put in the last two years.

A presentation Ceremony will take place in The Helix on Tuesday 19th of May when we will receive the coveted flag! 4 members of our committee will attend this. If you have any suggestions for a personality to raise our Greenschool's Flag, please place it into the Greenschool's Box in the hall..

St. Brigid's is working hard to collect batteries for the LauraLynn foundation. Wee Ireland is  having a competition for whatever school recycles the most batteries. For every battery we recycle Wee Ireland will donate a bit of 
money to the LauraLynn foundation.  

Our school can also win great prizes such as activity packs and laptops. Go towww.weeepledge.ie/schools to see how we are doing on the Leaderboard. So we are not only recycling we are helping people from the LauraLynn foundation. SO BRING BRING YOUR BATTERIES TO BRIGID'S!
