It was celebration time for St. Brigid's on the 19th May as we were awarded our 6th Green Flag! Ms. Ryan, Ms. Edwards and Isabelle and Maria from 6th class travelled to the Helix in DCU to receive the flag at a special ceremony. There were schools from all over Dublin and Wicklow there being awarded their flag (and our hands were tired from clapping) but we were the only school on the day to receive the flag and certificate for the theme for Global Citizenship Litter and Waste! What a super achievement for everyone involved! Well done! Remember, together we can continue to make a difference! Unfortunately there wasn't room for everyone to go on the day so here are some pictures to show you what happened!
