3rd class are doing a reader's theatre script in English this week called 'Stellaluna'. It explores the importance of 'Being Yourself' as well as other values such a friendship and respecting differences.

St. Brigid's joined together in the yard on Friday to support the Caroline Foundation's 'Give Us a Song' initiative which highlights awareness and raises funds for cancer research. We were in full voice and we sang last month's values song which was about everyone singing together and perfect for this event.
Sunday is World Cancer Day and it is also Ms. Dwyer's birthday so this was a lovely way to remember her especially this weekend. The values that we will be focusing on each week are Telling the Truth, Not Exaggerating, Being Trustworthy and Being Yourself.
