It's all about LOVE this month in St. Brigid's! Our song is 'All You Need Is Love' by the Beatles and our weekly sub-values will be Thoughtfulness, Generosity, Forgiveness and Showing Love #values

Take a look at this month's values movie, looking back at some of the activities and lessons that took place around the school during our March month of 'Right Action'! Have a look back at some of the values-related activities that took place in the different classrooms around the school last month. Can you spot yourself this time?!? 
3rd class are doing a reader's theatre script in English this week called 'Stellaluna'. It explores the importance of 'Being Yourself' as well as other values such a friendship and respecting differences.
"How can we be so different and feel so much alike?" "And how can we feel so different and be so much alike?" Click here for that version. Our main value for the month of February is Truth. The values that we will be focusing on each week are Telling the Truth, Not Exaggerating, Being Trustworthy and Being Yourself.
Happy new year everyone! Our main value this month is the value of PEACE. Our sub-values each week for the month of January will be Self-Discipline, Looking After Your Wellbeing, Gratitude and Equality. Our song for January is I'd Like to teach the World to Sing (In Perfect Harmony).

Our value this month is 'Non-Violence'. The sub-values that we will focus on each week during December are firstly 'Tolerance', then 'Compassion' and finally 'Concern for Others' and our song for the month is Peace on Earth by David Bowie & Bing Crosby! :o) Have a look back at some of the values-related activities and events that took place around the school last month during November's month of RIGHT ACTION! We had a special visit from 'Singer' who sang live at our assembly and we even had a call from RTE News2day wanting to know all about what we've been doing with values here in St. Brigid's.
