Last Friday, we visited the Botanic Gardens to see the Sculptures in Context exhibition. We were amazed by the variety of colours, textures, shapes and sizes of the creations. We really enjoyed sketching our favourites (even though we were under attack from some pesky squirrels ;-)) and we loved how imaginative the sculptures were. It gave us lots of ideas to use in our own artwork. Thanks to Ms. Freeman for coming with us on the day. Click here to see our drawings in oil pastels!

Wow the statues are beatiful , i love the birds and fallen angle statue, i seen it in the making while going there with two of my friends.,
