Space Week is taking place from 4th-10th October.
Click on the picture below to discover events happening in Dublin during Space Week. Keep an eye out for St. Brigid's event-Making models of the ISS as well as Canada arms. Discussing the possibility of new planets and attending Cassini and Saturn workshop in the Axis Ballymun.

A black hole is normally invisible,as they pull in materials so quickly that it becomes super-heated and begins to shine.The object detected in 2014 shone brighter than 10 million suns.

Billions of years ago, the surface of Mars looked very different than it does today. Where there is now only a dry red desert, there was once a vast ocean that covered about 20 percent of the planet's surface. That means it covered more of the surface of Mars than the Atlantic Ocean on Earth.
