We've been very busy in the "Little Room" upstairs so far this year! September saw us welcoming lots of new students from different countries, such as Poland, Moldova, Hungary and Romania. Some of the girls had never spoken English before so we've been practicing new vocabulary about ourselves, our families, Halloween, clothes and the weather. The girls have done fantastic work and can now chat with their new friends and teachers. Some of the other girls who come to the"Little Room" have been reading exciting stories like "The Children of Lir", "Princess Bella and the Frog", "Scream Street" "Elf Boy vs Superman" and "Gangsta Granny"! It's not all hard work though, we've been getting creative too. Check out our photos to see a selection of our work and crafts.
